100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 30 days of the date of shipment on any LMI Notary supply item (physical products).
LMI Notary Seals are guaranteed for the life of your commission. If incorrect supplies are ordered, exchanges will only be made if supplies are returned within 30 days in their original condition. No refunds are provided for “personalized” supplies. All returns require prior LMI Notary approval (including return shipping charges). A $10 shipping/handling charge will be deducted from all returns.
If your commission order cannot be completed after seven months from the original order date OR thirty days from your commission start date, whichever comes first, your payment becomes non-refundable.
Bonds/E&O Insurance
Bonds cannot be refunded after they have been filed with the county or state. Errors & Omissions insurance may be returned by agreeing to the release of liability clause provided by the LMI Notary returns authorization team.
Seminars/Online Training/Live Scan/Background Screenings
LMI Notary requires 24 hour notice prior to your seminar date to reschedule free of charge. All cancelations made less than 7 days prior to the initial seminar date will incur a $50 processing fee. No shows for a seminar are not eligible for a refund, a $25 fee will apply to rescheduling based on availability of the course at the LMI Notary’s discretion.
